Teaching Experience

Since receiving my PhD, I have taught five graduate courses in the Counseling Psychology Program and one undergraduate course in Women’s and Gender Studies at the University of Missouri. I very much enjoy training young therapists. 

In my first career, I taught English as a Second Language, English Composition, Literature in English, and Creative Writing at Medgar Evers College, NYU, The University of Palermo (Italy), The Autonomous University of Baja California (Mexico), and Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Mo.
